Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets forth the rules of conduct that apply to Customer’s access to and use of DoWorkWithAI (the “Service”), operated by Strategic Student LLC. This AUP is incorporated into, and forms part of, the DoWorkWithAI Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Customer will access and use the Service in compliance with this AUP and applicable laws and regulations. Violations of this AUP are grounds for the enforcement actions set forth in Section 6 below.
1. Restrictions on Use of Content
All courses, lessons, guides, prompts, prompt templates, badges, and the output of the AI Learning Buddy are DoWorkWithAI Properties owned by Strategic Student LLC. Customer may use them for Customer’s own learning and professional use. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer will not:
- Commercially sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or frame the DoWorkWithAI Properties or any portion of them on any public or private platform (including personal blogs, Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, GitHub, Notion, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any file-sharing service).
- Include the DoWorkWithAI Properties in any paid product, course, training, bootcamp, or consulting deliverable.
- Use technology, processes, or other means to provide access to and use of the Service to more than one individual under a single set of User login credentials.
- Train or fine-tune a machine-learning model on DoWorkWithAI content, or include DoWorkWithAI content in a training dataset, embedding index, or vector store.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract content using automated tools. Manual copy of a single page for Customer’s own use is permitted; automated extraction is not.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, brand, watermark, or attribution.
For clarity, sharing a single lesson link with another individual who then signs up for their own account is permitted. Sharing login credentials with additional individuals is not.
2. Account Conduct
Customer will not:
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, payment limits, or feature gates.
- Use false, stolen, or purchased identity information at signup.
- Attempt to access another User’s account, data, or team seat.
- File a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate completed purchase. See the Refund Policy.
3. Technical Restrictions
Customer will not:
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or disable any authentication, rate-limiting, paywall, or other protective measure.
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Service, other than the standard search-engine crawlers we already allow via robots.txt.
- Upload or transmit malware, exploits, or otherwise harmful code.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure (including denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service activity).
4. Unlawful Use
Customer will not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
- Commit or promote fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others.
5. AI Use Restrictions
Customer will not use the AI Learning Buddy (also called Doey), the Prompt Simulator, or any AI tool we teach Customer to use to:
- Generate content that targets, impersonates, or misrepresents real individuals or organizations.
- Produce malware, phishing content, or instructions for illegal acts.
- Generate content designed to manipulate an election, defraud consumers, or evade law enforcement.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. DoWorkWithAI may determine, at its reasonable discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Section 5.
6. Enforcement
DoWorkWithAI investigates suspected violations using account metadata, payment records, and Service logs. Consequences of a violation include, at our reasonable discretion:
- Warning and request to cure.
- Suspension of Customer’s account.
- Termination of Customer’s account in accordance with the Terms of Service. Termination does not entitle Customer to a refund.
- DMCA takedown notices against infringing republications.
- Pursuit of any legal or equitable remedies available to DoWorkWithAI under applicable law for breach of contract, infringement, or fraud.
DoWorkWithAI’s exercise of any remedy under this Section 6 does not waive any other remedy available to it under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
7. Reporting a Violation
If Customer becomes aware of a violation of this AUP, please email support@doworkwithai.com with relevant details and a link. DoWorkWithAI takes reported violations seriously and investigates promptly.
8. Changes to This AUP
DoWorkWithAI may revise this AUP from time to time by publishing a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. Customer’s continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the changes, subject to the objection right set forth in Section 23 of the Terms of Service.
