Refund Policy

Do Work With AI is operated by Strategic Student LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“DoWorkWithAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the DoWorkWithAI Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Please read this policy carefully before creating an account.

1. Non-Cancelable Orders; Non-Refundable Fees

All Orders placed through doworkwithai.com are non-cancelable, and Service fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in Section 4 (Duplicate or Accidental Charges) below. The act of completing signup and authorizing payment is the point at which access is granted and the Order becomes final.

2. Nature of the Service

Digital educational content differs from physical goods. The content on DoWorkWithAI is:

• Available immediately. Upon account creation, every lesson, guide, and prompt included in Customer’s plan unlocks in the dashboard.
• Easily reproduced. PDF guides, prompt templates, and lesson text can be saved to a device in seconds, and DoWorkWithAI cannot verify or reverse such reproduction.
• Consumable in minutes. A motivated User can review or download an entire course tier in a short session.

For these reasons, DoWorkWithAI prices its plans to reflect one-time access, with no subscription renewals or surprise charges, and does not offer refunds, free trials, or sampling windows except as set forth in Section 4.

3. Before You Buy

Because Orders are non-cancelable, we encourage Customer to evaluate the Service before creating an account:

• Review the landing page at doworkwithai.com for a description of what each plan includes.
• Try the free content available without creating a paid account.
• Email support@doworkwithai.com with any pre-purchase questions. We reply within a few business days.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If Customer is charged more than once for the same Order due to a technical error, please email support@doworkwithai.com with the relevant receipts within seven (7) days of the charge. DoWorkWithAI will review Stripe’s transaction records and refund any genuine duplicate charge to the original payment method. This is the only circumstance under which a refund is issued.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If Customer files a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Refund Policy, DoWorkWithAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate Customer’s account, revoke access to all content, and contest the dispute with Stripe using records of Customer’s acceptance of the Terms of Service and Customer’s use of the Service. DoWorkWithAI may pursue any legal or equitable remedies available to it under applicable law for breach of contract.

6. Team Plan Seat Changes

Team plan administrators may re-assign unused seats at any time from Settings → Team. Once a team invitation is accepted, that seat is bound to the accepting User and cannot be refunded or transferred. Unused seats from a Team plan purchase are non-refundable.

7. Account Termination

If DoWorkWithAI terminates Customer’s account for breach of the Terms of Service, no refund is owed. If DoWorkWithAI discontinues the Service entirely, it will give commercially reasonable notice but is not obligated to refund any portion of Customer’s purchase, except as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

DoWorkWithAI may revise this Refund Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice and are subject to the objection right set forth in Section 23 of the Terms of Service.
