If you purchase a Standard or Premium plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@doworkwithai.com with your account email and the word "Refund" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We always try to be fair, so reach out and we'll do our best.
Free Tier
Course 1 (Understanding AI) is free and requires no payment. No refund is applicable for free content.
Account Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to Course 1 and any free content, but premium content will no longer be accessible.
